An 18th century blue silk damask

French or Italian, circa 1735

Consisting of two joined full widths of silk, with a repeating design of a small urn of flowers surrounded by poppies, pomegranates and flowering stems, two sides edged with an 18th century blue silk fringe. With a small hole, and minor marks.
