An 18th century English needlework panel

Circa 1760-1770

Worked in wool and silk in cross stitch and petit point with a blue urn filled with forget-me-nots, bluebells, a rose, peony, lily, tulip, and other flowers, some of which have fallen to the marble ledge on which it stands.

48.5cm (19⅛”) high and 40.5cm (16”) wide.
